Show off your precious pet and help out rescue organizations with this photo contest hosted by Triangle.com and News and Observer (Raleigh, NC). Users can submit their pet for a fee and buy votes in order to help their pet win; winner gets to be featured in the 2011 Adorable Pet Calendar. 10% of all proceeds from the contest and 100% of calendar sales are donated to local nonprofit pet rescue associations. What a great contest!
